MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage held I cultural heritage Olympiad between students. The last, 3rd stage of I cultural heritage Olympiad was arranged with the support of Central Scientific Library of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (NASA) on 16th April, 2013.
To note, scientific committee of the Olympiad chose 45 people for the second stage amongst students and youth applied. 17 of the best answered youth to 30 questions, prepared by the experts at the second stage participated at the last stage.
The Olympiad aims at growing youth’s interest in study of our national cultural heritage and deliver of intellectual youth to community. Conditions have been created for the students studied in high and secondary institutions irrespective of specialty.
It is written in the announcement at educational institutions the Olympiad consists of the first, semi-final and final stages. Semi-final and final stages will be held via test method.
The questions are complied by known scientists, historians and cultural heritage experts.
Our youth will gain the opportunity to test their knowledge on national and cultural heritage and achieve new knowledge in this domain via the Olympiad.
The results of the Olympia will be soon declared and the winners will be rewarded with certificates and valuable presents.
