Participation Rules:
The papers will be presented in Turkish, Azerbaijani, English and Russian. The participants are asked to send their papers, abstracts (300 word) and short biography till the time mentioned below to hamzanigari@gmail.com. The participants’ two-day accommodation and food will be borne by organizers.
