On 1 December, 2013 MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage held next meeting. The meeting is held every year due to the organization's charter. At the meeting attended by most members of MIRAS the report on activity of the organization for 2013 year was heard. Later the issues like change of the organization's legal address, increase of founders' number, adding the word " education of cultural heritage" to charter were discussed. Relevant decisions were made by open voting. New members of MIRAS Board of Directors were elected by ballot. To note, elections of the board members started a month ago and any MIRAS member could nominate for his/her or another member’s candidacy. 19 candidates participated at transparent and democratic elections. One of them rejected at the last moment and only 18 people were candidates. 9 of them Gafar Jabiyev, Fariz Khalilli, Arzu Soltan, Mammad Rahimov, Shola Bayramova, Albina Rzayeva, Zaka Babazada, Valeh Jafarov, Togrul Mukhtarov were elected as members of MIRAS Board. Three people occupied last rows at voting-Rashad Ibrahimov, Irada Gadirova and Ayten Mammadli become members of inspection committee.
