MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage will hold I MIRAS Art Symposium at Agsu and Ismayilli regions on 9-15 May 2013.
The symposium aims at supporting development of painting in the regions, increase attention and interest in this field aside the capital, generally, to create the tradition of art symposium in Azerbaijan.
They will be acquainted with medieval Agsu excavation site for 2 days and inscript what they observed over linen. The symposium will be continued in Ismayilly region.
The names of the artists who will participate at the symposium are already known. So, they are Anar Husseinzade, Farid Mirzayev, Khanlar Asadullayev, Anar Gambarli, Raul Husseinov, Aydin Asgarov, Mammad Rashidov, Vugar Gurbanov and Mahir Gafarov.
The works which will be elaborated within the symposium by the artists will be kept in collection of MIRAS Social Organization and will be shown in Azerbaijan and aside the country for future projects. It is expected the symposium will be contribution to realization of new projects.
