MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage intends to arrange “Natural Pearls” photo exhibition among the schoolchildren dedicated to 5 June World Environment Day.
World Environment Day marked every year by United Nations has the purpose to involve world community to environmental problems and to support political interest in respect of relevant activities directed to environment protection. The target is to motivate the will of every person on assistance in environment’s protection.
In other word, we want to achieve creation of opportunity for active help in lasting and conscious development of the world peoples. We also intend to explain usefulness of adherence attitudes of all countries and peoples to gain more safe and successful future. Taking as basis the above-mentioned, MIRAS Organization intends to hold photo exhibition among the schoolchildren and introduce the following topics to the community to increase ecological civilization of generation, to encourage their love to nature and motherland, to evaluate knowledge of children in this field:
• Natural monuments of Azerbaijan;
•Natural sights of Azerbaijan;
• Human and nature;
• Art photography.
The work on the above topics should be submitted with author name, the place of the photo, short information about the described image, electronic and printed version of the photo. The size of the photo should be: width-210 mm, length due to wish of the author, quality must be 300 dpi. The photos submitted to the MIRAS on 1-20 May and selected by Jury of professionals will be shown at the exhibition. Those distinctive will be granted diplomas and gifts. The best photos will be published in MIRAS Magazine and also will be submitted to be shown at international exhibitions. We call on schoolchildren to take active part at the exhibition, protect our natural monuments which are our national heritage and to study and promote them. |
