On 23th August 2014 1st mini football tournament "Clean Village" was held. Fariz Khalilli made a speech during opening of the tournament. Within the "Clean village" project they planned monitoring, training, football tournament, subbotniks and book publications in the villages and on the project’s successful stage. The project is realized with the support of the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the Auspices of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan is assisted over some issues by Agsu Regional Executive Power, Agsu town municipality, Gagali village municipality, Chiyni village municipality and Az-Granata MMC. Fariz Khalilli stating "MIRAS", "ULGUJ", "CHIYNI” AND “GAGALI” football teams will be in the football tournament due to “Clean village” project said the tournament aims at developing commune solidarity among the village youth which was very weak and the enlighten youth on the topic of clean village. Later Professor Vugar Mikayilov spoke on behalf of Az-Granata MMC, said the enterprise supports the projects concerning such ecological and ethnographic approaches today and the in the future. He wished success to the tournament participants. Team meetings were held first and then “Gagali” and “Ulguj” teams met and “GAGALI” and “ULGUJ” teams fought for 3rd place and "GAGALI" team won with 4:0 scores. “MIRAS” and “CHIYNI” teams met in the final. "CHIYNI" team won with 8:2 score.
Ruslan Jafarov deputy chief of Agsu region Youth and Sports Department spoke during the reward of the players and delivered greeting of Agsu region Executive Power, congratulated the winners, stated importance of such tournaments in the future for the development of rural sports. Primarily "MIRAS", "ULJUG" and "GAGALI" teams were presented plaquettes. Then winner "CHIYNI" team was granted tournament’s symbolic cup.
It shoud be noted that MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage realized the project “Clean village-protection of ecological and ethnographic identity with participation of local communes and sustainable development” with the support of the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the Auspices of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan since March 2014.
