Turks, Great Turan have a large and rich cultural heritage via the civilizations they have established in Central Asia, Caucasus and Anatolia. They carried these accumulations wherever they go and in every region of Anatolia it is possible to follow these traces.
Traditional Turkic arts are live and meaningful cultural heritage documents. Each country has integrated with the world with its own unique and traditional culture. The nation’s traditions, customs, the faith, legends, folk songs, folklore that try to tell the life style and thinking of the nation, studying the nature, art and culture will be discussed in this congress which will be held for the fourth time.
"IV. International Turkic Arts, History and Folklore Congress / Art Events " co-organized by Turkish Handicraft Research and Application Center of Selçuk University of Turkey; MIRAS Social Organization in Support of Studying of Cultural Heritage, Azerbaijan; International YOCOCU Association, Italy and Konya Municipality in Konya, are open to all scientists and researchers.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
- Abstracts for congress must be sent till 15.04.2015 and papers till 14.05.2015. Papers can be sent in Turkish, Azerbaijani and English languages. 250 word English summary also must be sent.
- Congress / exhibition participation fee is 200 TL for participants from Turkey, for those outside Turkey participation fee is 70 Euros (registration fee includes 3 night accommodation, meals, congress book). The flight expenses will be born by the participant. For those not participate personally, poster presentation / exhibition fee is 100 TL.
- Size of posters must be 50x75 cm.
- “Turkic arts” exhibition will be opened within the symposium.
